Ingredients

  • Black Chia Seeds – 2 tbsp.

  • Water – 1 ½ cup

  • Fresh Pineapple – 5 slices

  • Sugar – 1 tbsp.

Directions

  • Soak chia seeds overnight in water
  • Crush pineapple slices in a blender to create thick juice
  • Mix with soaked chia seeds
  • You may choose to add 1 tbsp. of sugar
  • Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour

Notes

  • Pineapple crush can be used instead of fresh pineapple. Add ½ cup of additional water if using crush.
  • Frozen or canned pineapples can also be used. Thaw frozen pineapples cubes/slices at room temperature for about ½ hour before blending it.
